Ingredients
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Cut the zucchini into thin strips using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the zucchini strips to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
