Ingredients
  • 500 gram Zucchini
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Grate the zucchini and onion, then squeeze out any excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, onion, minced garlic, eggs, flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Spoon the zucchini mixture onto the hot pan, forming small fritters. Flatten them slightly with a spatula.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
  7. Serve hot as an appetizer or snack with your favorite dipping sauce.
