  • 2 cup Zucchini
  • 1 can White beans
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add sliced zucchini and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a blender, combine the sautéed zucchini, white beans, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
