  • 300 gram Zucchini
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 1 piece Orange
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Cut the zucchini and carrots into thin strips.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the zucchini and carrots to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
  4. Squeeze the juice of the orange over the vegetables and mix well.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
