Ingredients
  • 1 can Kidney beans
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 2 juice of Lime
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the kidney beans, black beans, and chickpeas.
  2. Finely chop the red onion, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the beans, onion, bell pepper, and cilantro.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss until well coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
