Ingredients
  • 200 gram Mixed greens
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 150 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 50 gram Red onion
  • 100 gram Bell pepper
  • 100 gram Feta cheese
  • 50 gram Black olives
  • 2 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash the mixed greens and place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Slice the cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice the red onion and bell pepper.
  3. Add the sliced vegetables to the salad bowl.
  4. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the salad.
  5. Add the black olives.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
