  • 2 lemon Preserved lemons
  • 4 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse the preserved lemons under cold water to remove excess salt. Remove the pulp and chop the rind into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chopped preserved lemons to the dressing and stir well.
  4. Let the dressing sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
