  • 2 medium-sized Zucchini
  • 1 cup Chickpea flour
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.

  4. Dip each zucchini slice into the batter, ensuring it is coated evenly.
