  • 200 gram Avocado
  • 4 slice Bread
  • 4 slice Tomato
  • 4 slice Red Onion
  • 4 leaf Lettuce
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Toast the bread slices.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado mixture on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Layer tomato, red onion, and lettuce on top of the avocado mixture.
  5. Cover with another bread slice to make a sandwich.
