  • 1 cup Chickpeas
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and olive oil until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in breadcrumbs until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the balls until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes.
