  • 300 gram Yu Choy Chinese Greens
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Wash the Yu Choy Chinese Greens and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the Yu Choy Chinese Greens and stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes until they are tender.
