  • 4 medium Yellow Squash
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Spiralize the yellow squash into noodles using a spiralizer.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add spiralized yellow squash noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and add tomatoes. Cook until they start to soften.
  6. Add fresh basil leaves and cook for another minute.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
