Ingredients
  • 2.5 cup Brown Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Tapioca Starch
  • 1 cup Potato Starch
  • 0.5 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1.5 cup Warm Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, and warm water.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Carefully remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  9. Once cooled, slice the bread and enjoy!
