Ingredients
  • 200 gram Snow pea tips
  • 150 gram Mushrooms
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add snow pea tips and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Stir-fry for 1 more minute.
  7. Serve hot.
