Ingredients
  • 2 cup Plums
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste for garnish Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, combine plums, onion, garlic, vegetable broth, coconut milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  4. Stir in lemon juice.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
