Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Spinach
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 ounce Feta cheese
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. In a serving bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
  5. Add the wilted spinach to the serving bowl and toss gently to combine.
