Ingredients
  • 1 cup Wild Rice
  • 8 ounce Shiitaki Mushrooms
  • 2 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook wild rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced shiitaki mushrooms to the skillet and cook until tender.
  4. In a separate pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
  5. Add cooked wild rice, sautéed mushrooms, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the pot with vegetable broth.
  6. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
