Ingredients
  • 2 handful Wild garlic leaves
  • 1 can White beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • as needed for garnish Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until onions are translucent.
  2. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Add wild garlic leaves and cook until wilted.
  5. Add white beans and coconut milk. Mix well and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
