Ingredients
  • 2 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 8 piece Corn tortillas
  • 2 medium Avocado
  • 4 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Slice the onions, red bell pepper, garlic, and jalapeno pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute the onions, red bell pepper, garlic, and jalapeno pepper until they are soft.
  3. Add ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the pan and cook for another minute.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas on a grill or stovetop.
  6. Spread the onion mixture on each tortilla.
  7. Top with sliced avocado and cilantro.
  8. Roll up the tortillas and serve.
