Ingredients
  • 3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Flax Seeds
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Instant Yeast
  • 1.5 cup Water
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, flax seeds, oats, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. Add water gradually and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven with a lid inside to preheat as well.
  5. Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven from the oven and transfer the dough into it.
  6. Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
  8. Remove the bread from the Dutch oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
