Ingredients
  • 2 cup Whole Grain Flour
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour Blend
  • 2 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the whole grain flour, gluten-free flour blend, ground flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the non-dairy milk, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and coconut oil.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing.
