Ingredients
  • 1 can White beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 piece Burger buns
  • 4 piece Lettuce leaves
  • 4 piece Tomato slices
  • 4 piece Red onion slices
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the white beans.
  2. In a food processor, blend the white beans, onion, garlic cloves, oats, flour, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Toast the burger buns.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, red onion slice, and white bean patty on each bun.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
