Ingredients
  • 1 can Cannellini beans
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 sliced Baguette
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the cannellini beans.
  2. In a bowl, mash the beans with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add minced garlic, chopped basil leaves, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the mashed beans. Mix well.
  4. Toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
  5. Spread the bean mixture on the toasted baguette slices.
