Ingredients
  • 4 cup Watermelon
  • 8 ounce Fresh Mozzarella
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the watermelon into small cubes.
  2. Slice the fresh mozzarella.
  3. Arrange the watermelon and mozzarella slices on a platter.
  4. Sprinkle basil leaves over the watermelon and mozzarella.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat the balsamic vinegar over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  6. Drizzle the balsamic reduction and olive oil over the watermelon and mozzarella.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
