Ingredients
  • 1 bunch Watercress
  • 8 slice Bread slices
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash the watercress and pat dry.
  2. Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix in lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Slice the tomato and red onion.
  4. Spread the avocado mixture on one side of each bread slice.
  5. Layer watercress, tomato, and red onion on half of the bread slices.
  6. Top with the remaining bread slices.
  7. Cut the sandwiches into halves or quarters.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
