Ingredients
  • 1 can Kidney beans
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 0.5 pound Green beans
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Wasabi paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the kidney beans and black beans.
  2. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Chop the red bell pepper, red onion, and fresh cilantro.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the kidney beans, black beans, green beans, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, wasabi paste, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
