Ingredients
  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 4 ounce Baby spinach
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown. In a large bowl, combine baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion. Add the sautéed mushrooms to the bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Let the salad rest for 5 minutes. Serve the warm mushroom salad topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
