Ingredients
  • 2 cup Chickpeas
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 chopped Green chili
  • handful chopped Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Tamarind chutney
  • 2 tablespoon Mint chutney
  • 1/4 cup Sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles)
  • 2 tablespoon Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder
Instructions
  1. Boil the chickpeas until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth. Add salt and mix well.
  3. In a serving bowl, add the boiled chickpeas, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and cilantro.
  4. Pour the whisked yogurt over the chickpeas and vegetables.
  5. Drizzle tamarind chutney and mint chutney over the yogurt.
  6. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt.
  7. Garnish with sev and pomegranate seeds.
  8. Squeeze lemon juice on top.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
