Ingredients
  • 500 gram Asparagus
  • 4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and cut them into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the asparagus for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and grill the asparagus for 3-4 minutes, until lightly charred.
  5. Transfer the grilled asparagus to a serving platter and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
  6. Let the asparagus sit for 5 minutes to absorb the flavors before serving.
