  • 300 gram Broccoli
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and red chili flakes, cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
