Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cabbage
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 stalk Green onions
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
Instructions
  1. Shred the cabbage and carrots.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the cabbage and carrots to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the green onions, cilantro, and lime juice.
  7. Serve hot.
