  • 500 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 100 gram Brown sugar
  • 100 gram All-purpose flour
  • 100 gram Oats
  • 100 gram Vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the diced sweet potatoes with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, oats, and vegan butter to make the crumble topping.
