Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Green Peas
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 stalk Green Onion
Instructions
  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice grains.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Add the cauliflower rice to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the green peas, carrot, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
