Ingredients
  • 100 gram Coconut oil
  • 60 gram Icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 60 gram Rice milk powder
  • 60 gram Rice flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Melt the coconut oil in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. Once melted, remove from heat and whisk in the icing sugar, vanilla extract, rice milk powder, rice flour, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into chocolate molds or a lined baking dish.
  4. Place in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Once set, remove from the molds or cut into desired shapes.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
