Ingredients
  • 6 slice Cornbread
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 stalk Celery
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Sage
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme
  • 2 cup Vegetable Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Crumble the cornbread into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the onion, celery, garlic, sage, and thyme. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Pour the sautéed vegetables over the crumbled cornbread and mix well.
  6. Gradually add the vegetable stock, mixing until the stuffing is moist but not soggy.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Transfer the stuffing mixture to a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
