Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries
  • 6 leaf Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
  2. Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the almond flour until well combined.
  4. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
