Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a small naan bread shape.
  6. Place the naan breads onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
