Ingredients
  • 3 banana Ripe Bananas
  • 1.5 cup Gluten-Free Flour Blend
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut oil. Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture. Stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts and dairy-free chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
