Ingredients
  • 2 medium-sized Avocado
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 wedge Lime
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice each half into thick wedges.
  3. In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
  5. Dip each avocado wedge into the beaten egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated avocado wedges on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the coating is crispy and golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with a squeeze of lime juice.
