Ingredients
  • 4 cup Cooked Rice
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 stalks Spring Onions
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, sliced carrot, and frozen peas. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked.
  4. Add cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables and eggs.
  5. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
