Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions.
  2. In a blender, combine cashews, nutritional yeast, vegetable broth, onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric powder, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Blend until smooth.
  3. Drain the cooked macaroni and return it to the pot. Pour the cashew sauce over the macaroni and stir until well coated.
  4. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
