  • 4 piece Whole wheat tortilla
  • 4 tablespoon Hummus
  • 2 cup Mixed vegetables (e.g., lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers)
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 4 slice Red onion
  • 4 tablespoon Olives
  • 4 tablespoon Feta cheese (optional)
Instructions
  1. Lay out the tortillas and spread hummus evenly on each one.
  2. Place the mixed vegetables, avocado, red onion, olives, and feta cheese (if using) on top of the hummus.
  3. Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  4. Slice the wraps in half and serve.
