Ingredients
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Bell peppers
  • 150 gram Zucchini
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots, bell peppers, and zucchini, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes.
  5. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
