  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Bell peppers
  • 150 gram Zucchini
  • 100 gram Mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets, slice the carrots, bell peppers, and zucchini.
  3. In a baking dish, toss the broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
