Ingredients
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Bell Peppers
  • 100 gram Mushrooms
  • 100 gram Snow Peas
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
