Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Lo Mein Noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 cup Snow Peas
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the cooked lo mein noodles to the other side. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the noodles and toss to combine.
  5. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
  6. Stir in green onions, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional minute.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
