Ingredients
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 150 gram Carrot
  • 100 gram Bell Pepper
  • 100 gram Zucchini
  • 100 gram Spinach
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan and add minced garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for a minute.
  2. Add broccoli, carrot, bell pepper, and zucchini. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add spinach and stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
