Ingredients
  • 4 patties Veggie Chik'n Patties
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 4 slices Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 rolls Gluten-free Sub Rolls
  • 8 leaves Fresh Basil Leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the Veggie Chik'n Patties according to the package instructions.
  3. Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise.
  4. Spread marinara sauce on one side of each sub roll.
  5. Place a cooked Veggie Chik'n Patty on top of the sauce.
  6. Add a slice of vegan mozzarella cheese on top of the patty.
  7. Place the sub rolls on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
