Ingredients

  • 2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 cup Vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 8 ounce Tofu (optional)
  • 1 cup Thai Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup Cooked Rice
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add green curry paste. Stir-fry for a minute.
