Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Firm tofu
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Water chestnuts
  • 1 cup Green onions
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 8 leaf Lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoon Crushed peanuts
  • 4 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add tofu, mushrooms, carrots, and water chestnuts. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and tofu, and stir to combine.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto lettuce leaves.
  6. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and cilantro.
  7. Roll up the lettuce leaves and serve.
